1. Tasting Room

The private guided tour will begin in our iconic Tasting Room with a fiesta with our most luxurious gourmet - foie gras, truffle cheeses, seafood appetizers, and caviars. Spanish sparkling wine will be introduced for pairing.

2. Iberico Ham Cellar

After inspiring your sense of taste, you will be diving into Asia’s one and only ham cellar, a hidden room showcasing Pata Negra House’s Iberico Ham collection with rare vintages and limited pieces, surrounded by the subtle perfume of luxury hams. Our expert will walk you through a narrative experience while you will be savoring all our vintages including the rare golden Rubio Dorado ham limited to 60 pcs per year. Special varieties of sherry wines are paired to crown our ultimate Iberico Ham Tasting Experience.

3. Iberico Bar 

For our Prestige experience, Chef Heloise Fischbach who worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants (Mirazur, L'Arpège, Écriture), has designed an 8-course fine dining menu by elevating the best raw ingredients (best acclaimed) from Spain while exploring lavish pairings of Iberico Ham, caviar and fine wine.
