Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Enrollment Notes
  1. For “Signature Experience (Single Ticket)”, the registration fee is HKD 880 per person. Each successful registration is entitled to entry for 1 participant, a tour guide to the Tasting Room and Iberico Ham Cellar, 1 set of Iberico Ham Pairing Menu (7-course meal) and 20% off on Shop-in-Shop (valid for on-site member registration only).
  2. For “Signature Experience (Group Ticket)”, the registration fee is HKD 5,280 for 6 participants maximum, extra tickets are available for 4 additional guests at a discounted price of HKD 848 / head. Each successful booking is entitled to a guided tour to the Tasting Room and Iberico Ham Cellar, an Iberico Ham Pairing Menu (7-course meal in 1 set) and 20% discount in our Shop-in-Shop on the same day (valid for on-site member registration only).
  3. For “Prestige Experience (Group Ticket)”, the registration fee is HKD$10,080 for 6 participants maximum, extra tickets are available for 4 additional guests at a discounted price of HKD 1,628 / head.  Each successful booking is entitled to a guided tour to the Tasting Room and Iberico Ham Cellar, an Iberico Ham Pairing Menu (7-course meal in 1 set) and 20% discount in our Shop-in-Shop on the same day (valid for on-site member registration only). 
  4. Signature Experience & Prestige Experience refers to “Experience”, “The Experience” and The Company refers to “We”, “PNHG”.
  5. Each session of The Experience is for up to 10 applicants and subject to availability.
  6. The Experience is either conducted in English, Cantonese or Mandarin depending of the preference of our guests.
  7. Booking availabilities will be suspended 2 working days prior to the commencement of each session.
  8. We accept to reschedule a reservation 1 month prior to the reservation date. Please contact our staff at 2517 1808, whatsapp 9165 7808 or email to [email protected] for application.
  9. Once the enrollment process is completed, the confirmed session cannot be cancelled. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please contact us early in advance for the arrangement, otherwise no refund will be given in this case.
  10. If the enrolled session is unable to proceed due to the lack of 6 applicants, or Corporate/Private Event occupied on the day, PNHG reserves the right to cancel that session. We will contact the applicants about the cancellation 3 working days prior to the commencement of that session by email or phone. Applicants can change to another session of the same experience. (This term applies to Single Ticket only)
  11. If you enrolled the Prestige Experience, you are not able to downgrade to the Signature Experience. 
  12. If you enrolled the Signature Experience (Group Ticket), you are able to upgrade to the Prestige Experience. Please contact us 2 working days in advance for the arrangement.
  13. Reservation without settling the enrollment fee is not accepted.
  14. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email after application.
  15. The Experience opens to applicants who are 12 years old or above. Alcohol products can only be consumed by applicants over the age of 18 years old.
  16. For members of Iberico-ham.com.hk, the purchase of tasting experiences do not count as an accumulated spending on the account profile.
  17. Payment made cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
  18. The product description, photographs, pictures are for reference only. PNHG does not compensate for the difference between actual description.
  19. In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain after 1pm, all sessions will be postponed until further notice. Sessions that have already started will be continued.
  20. If due to any uncontrollable reasons (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, public enemy, civil war, insurrection or riot, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of Hong Kong or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour materials, power, communications or network failure, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever, whether similar to the foregoing or not), that mean us cannot offer the experience stated at this site, we will not be responsible for these areas.
  21. PNHG reserves the right to change or cancel the specific session.
  22. PNHG reserve the right to charge an additional corkage fee/bottle opening fee of HKD 350/bottle.
  23. PNHG has the right to amend any Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of PNHG shall be final.
Applicant Notes
  1. Applicants must arrive at our site 10 minutes before the session and provide a confirmation email to our staff for checking.
  2. Applicants should attend the session on time. Latecomer who arrives over 15 minutes late should catch up with the progress by themselves.
  3. No video and audio recording is allowed by applicants during The Experience.
  4. Photos and videos taken during The Experience may be used for publicity and promotion purposes.
  5. Absent applicants will be deemed to give up the session. No additional session will be arranged and no registration fee will be refunded.
  6. Applicants with food allergies should decide whether they are suitable to enroll in The Experience. You can contact our staff to seek advice about the menu. PNHG is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.
  7. In case of any damage on the tools or facilities due to negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the applicant, compensation should be made by the applicant.
  8. Applicants should take care of the safety and personal belongings. PNHG will not be responsible for any loss, accidental damage or injury caused.
  9. If the applicant is acting in an unacceptable manner, including but not limited to causing nuisance to other participants in class, inflicting bodily harm to others, using any language or actions likely to cause offence or annoyance to others, or behaving in an indecent manner, PNHG has the right to ask the applicant to leave the premise in which case the applicant will not be entitled to any refund and no alternative arrangement.
  10. Person(s) who have not enrolled in The Experience are not allowed to stay in the site. Otherwise, the person(s) will be asked to leave or be charged the full price of The Experience.
Measures to prevent COVID-19
  1. The Experience is strictly for registered applicants only with a no-visitor policy. All applicants must have temperature check, apply alcohol-based handrub and cover the hands and wear a surgical mask to continue the experience.
  2. PNHG will wipe all high-touch surfaces prior to each experience session.
  3. PNHG will take the initiative to provide envelopes for applicants to place their mask.
  4. Staff must take the temperature check when reporting duty and wear a surgical mask while on duty. Chefs are required to wash hands thoroughly and wear gloves when handling food items.
  5. If the applicant feels unwell, PNHG reserves the right to ask the applicant to leave and advise them to seek medical treatment immediately. You should also pay attention to your physical condition before participation. If there are any symptoms, please stay at home and rest.
  6. PNHG reserves the right to ask for health declaration from applicants if they are suspected of being infected with Covid-19.
