It has a creamy, crumbly, and smooth texture, with powerful flavour and the distinctive aftertaste.  Certainly earning its title as “The Prince of English cheese!”

Best to serve Blue Stilton at room temperature, with salty crackers and pair it with a glass of Shiraz!
