When most of the Iberian
pigs eat acorns during one season, we have selected a limited number of
pigs that eat acorns during two seasons. It increase their oleic fat
infiltration and develop tender muscles.
The high content of oleic fat (>50%) paired with a rich marbling provides an exceptional nutty flavour becoming a unique Double Acorn Fed Iberico Ham.
