Our pure Ibérico Bellota (acorn fed) Chorizo is made with the best quality meat, including the finer pieces.
Marinated with a combination of paprika and spices, stuffed into natural casings and dry cured in our cellars for a minimum of 8 months, its unique aroma anticipates the intensity of its flavour, gorgeous and deliciously rich in aromatic hues.
