During the journey, you will experience many curated products and tour "The Iberico Ham Cellar" in three different tasting rooms, narrated by our food expert.

1. Tasting Room ~30mins

The private guided tour will begin with a range of renowned Spanish delicacies - a selection of premium Spanish cold cuts, Manchego cheese, and seafood with wine pairing. Tasting the premium French foie gras and black truffle cheese series. Conclude with a decadent pairing of Polish Baeri and French Oscietra caviar, served with crispy blinis, and toast with the 2008 vintage champagne "Lebrun De Neuville"—a flawless tribute to Spanish gastronomy.

2. Iberico Ham Cellar ~45mins

You will then be diving into Asia’s one and only ham cellar, where you will explore the Iberico Ham classification and grading system from our resident expert through entertaining games and activities. Additional tasting tips will be shared during the tour. Savor rare treasures like the D.O. Pedroches (Spain) and D.O. Barrancos (Portugal) hams, each bearing Protected Designation of Origin status. The pinnacle is the rare Rubio Dorado Back leg, served with 75-year-old sherry, making every sip a mark of luxury tempered by time.

3. Iberico Bar ~30mins

Sit at the Iberico bar, taste unusual Iberico ham pairings and discover the wondrous potential of Iberian gastronomy and cuisine designed by our Chef. For mains, succulent Iberico pork "Pluma" and "Largato" , Spanish red prawns (Carabinero), roasted vegetables with  Galician beef "Chuleton". Ends with seasonal fruits and artisonal desserts, paired with signature red or white wine, perfectly complementing the creative cuisine.
