We make rigorous selection of preserved whole truffle from Tuber Melanosporum for packaging, with respect to their degree of ripeness, size and shape. We only pack whole truffles at their peak of ripeness so as to guarantee their flavour and aroma.

Product Details
Slice or chop the truffle over hot food. As always, it is important to remember that truffles only require a small amount of cooking time. This product is also used to stuff meats, sausages or cannelloni.
