TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Before opening, soak the pack in cool water for a few seconds.

2. Open the pack. Slices will peel off easily. Diplay on a plate.

3. Let the ham breathe at room temperature for 5 mintues to bring out the flavour.

4. Once the fat turns transparent and the meat has a shiny color, the ham is ready to eat.
