All our grades have something special top offer, whether you prefer melting succulence, or a fragrant, firmer texture. Our ham comes from 75% Iberico pigs (32 months) raised on a diet of aromatic acorns and grains, which produces cuts rich in oleic fat and tender marbling, as well as cuts near the bone with powerful aromas.
