- Enrolment Requirement
- Basic Member: Become member automatically by FREE account registration
- Upgrade to VIP Member: Total accumulated spending upon HKD8,000
- Upgrade to Gold VIP Member: Total accumulated spending upon HKD18,000
- Validity Period
- Basic Member: The membership is permanent.
VIP Member: 6 Months (Calculated from the day when total accumulated spending upon HKD8,000)
The membership is required to purchase over HKD500 every 6 months. Renewal will be automatically added 6 months if the requirement is fulfilled, otherwise, your membership will be downgraded to Basic Member. After downgraded, HKD2,500 spending is required to resume the membership tier to VIP.
Gold VIP Member: 6 Months (Calculated from the day when total accumulated spending upon HKD18,000)
The membership is required to purchase over HKD500 every 6 months. Renewal will be automatically added 6 months if the requirement is fulfilled, otherwise, your membership will be downgraded to VIP Member. After downgraded, HKD4,000 spending is required to resume the membership tier to Gold VIP.
- Membership upgrade/downgrade is automatically handled by the system and based on user account’s total accumulated spending as well as validity period. The updated membership status is shown in “Membership” from account page, together with last updated date and time.
- All spending amount is counted upon paid orders and after discount.
- For members of Iberico-ham.com.hk, the purchase of tasting experiences do not count as an accumulated spending on the account profile.

- The discount is only applicable to VIP and Gold VIP members.
- Each order will be entitled with special discount rate when checkout.
- After reaching VIP or Gold VIP tier, the discount will start from next order.
- The discount will be unavailable when used in conjunction with special offers (e.g. Buy one get one free, coupon code of special promotion).
- Welcome Gift
- The offer is only applicable to first-time registered basic member for redemption once only.
- Once completed the first paid order, the welcome gift will be included in the parcel. The system will also automatically add the gift item into shopping cart before checkout.
- The product of gift is assigned and cannot exchange to another product.
- Birthday Treat
- Members must provide birthday information to enjoy the birthday treat (discount coupon code).
- It is required to enter the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page before Checkout.

- Iberico-ham.com reserves all rights to decide, vary or terminate VIP members and Gold VIP members. Pata Negra House Group reserves the right of final decision on all matters of dispute.
- If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
