Whole Duck Foie Gras is an innovative product in conservation methods. Cured and rested with salt, the reserved foie gras is mixed with spices and liquor to achieve a very different texture and flavour. It should always be eaten chilled, out of the refrigerator; cut it very gently with a non-serrated knife or with steel wire; the plate should be lightly cooled. Cut a slice and place it on the toast. Never spread it on the bread as it will lose its exceptional texture. It is very suitable to drink with sweet white wine or ice wines.
