The Pies Negros 2019 has been made from grapes from the Sierra Cantabria in the town of Ábalos. It is a blend of Tempranillo with 15% Graciano with whole bunch fermentation and native yeasts. On the palate it is very balanced and fresh, with an expression of red fruits, lively flavors and very good precision. A long wine. A pure tasting pleasure to discover without hesitation!
