Wild Garlic Raclette

Semi hard Raclette cheese from France, made with raw’s cow milk and infused with minced garlic. The cheese melts in the mouth, revealing a nutty flavor. It can be melted on a stove or a specialized machine, and the molten portions are scraped onto a plate. Once melted, its texture becomes creamy and does not separate.
