Remirez de Ganuza Blanco Reserva 2012 750mL

This wine is made with grapes from a very special vineyard planted in 1978 with autochthonous varieties and formed in a traditional glass supported.  The grape is selected at the table manually. the wine is made with flower must (from unpressed grapes) extracted by a rotor tank. The wine has been kept on its lees for 11 months of aging in new barrel. Bâtonnage (lees work) is practiced to achieve greater complexity by turning the barrels.
